One of our home inspectors will come to your property and conduct a thorough 5-point multi-inspection. Our inspectors will document the damage, asses any future complications to your home, and take plenty of photographs/video for your homeowner's claim. Once our inspectors assess the need for repairs or replacements, we work alongside you to contact your insurance company and create a claim.

Your insurance company schedules an adjustor to examine the home at your convenience. Let us know your appointment time! One of our team members will meet with you and the adjuster to be an advocate for you and to answer questions or address any areas of damage and concern.

After meeting with the adjustor, the policyholder will receive a Loss Statement. DoubleDown's project manager will review the adjuster's evaluation to ensure all damage is fairly evaluated and reported accurately. Then, DoubleDowns Project Manager will come out to the home for a shingles presentation and an overview of the project expenses to schedule a build.
